Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item that you have purchased please contact us at You may return unworn or perished food items with price ticket or receipt attached. Items must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

In store Brooklyn Fare accepts cash, money orders, and all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. Online Brooklyn Fare accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.

Sales Tax

The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped.

Delivery Zones

Currently Brooklyn Fare delivers to Brooklyn, and select Manhattan locations around the existing stores on 431 West 37th Street, and 666 Greeenwich Street.

Delivery & Handling

All orders are usually processed in 1 business day. Orders will be shipped once fully processed.

Deliveries are made each day, starting as early as 8:00 a.m. You can schedule a delivery time up to a week in advance, or as late as 9:00 p.m. on the day before delivery. Please note, hours vary by neighborhood.

All orders are subject to verification.

$75.00 minimum for orders to be placed online.

A signature may be required and additional charges may apply if there is more than one delivery attempt. Orders placed by 12:00PM EST weekend/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Should I tip the driver? You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a nominal tip if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Orders over $75.00 - Free Delivery
Orders between $74.99 - $50.00 will inquire a $10.00 Delivery Charge if the delivery address is outside 3 square blocks.
Delivery schedule: Online or email orders are delivered 7 days a week (excluding holidays).

In Store Rewards

Sign up for the Brooklyn Fare Rewards card and get cash back on your groceries. Earn points each time you shop, and for every 400 points you’ll receive $10 off your next purchase. And unlike some other rewards programs, points never expire.

How do I track my order?
