Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, courses change to reflect products in season.
The tasting menu is predominantly fish & shellfish, with one to two meat courses and a variety of desserts. Unfortunately,
we cannot accommodate guests with seafood allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets.
Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare features a 7,000-bottle cellar,
highlighting classic European regions such as Champagne, Burgundy,
Rhône, Germany, and Austria. We are honored to have received 'The Best
of Award of Excellence' from Wine Spectator four years consecutively,
since August 2015.
Our Reservation Office is open Monday – Friday, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and can be reached at 212-216-9700. For your added convenience, we are now taking reservations via OpenTable. If your preferred reservation time is not available on a particular date, we do have the ability to place you on our waitlist. Please call us for more information.
All reservations will require a $100 non-refundable deposit per person.
Cancellations can be made with no charge up to 8 days prior to the reservation. Any cancellation after 8 days is non-refundable.
